Return & Refund Policy
At Elegatia, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with a clear return and refund policy.

Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return
To start a return, contact us at info@elegatia.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns must be sent to the provided return address.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The customer arranges the return shipment and covers any costs related to returning the item(s) to our return address.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, including proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you return your entire order under the EU 14-day cooling-off period, we will also refund the original standard shipping costs (if paid).

If you return part of your order and your remaining order total falls below €300, the original shipping fee of €19.95 may be deducted from your refund, since free standard shipping applies to orders over €300.

Warranty (2-Year Legal Warranty)
All eligible items are covered by a minimum 2-year legal warranty (EU) for manufacturing defects.

What’s covered
Manufacturing defects and issues not caused by normal use.

What’s not covered
Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, improper care or assembly, and damage caused after delivery. We recommend keeping the packaging, as it may be needed for inspection and safe return shipping.

How to file a warranty claim
Contact us at info@elegatia.com with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue. If needed, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item for inspection.

Resolution
After inspection, we’ll offer the appropriate solution in line with consumer law: repair, replacement, or a refund, depending on the situation and product availability.
